1. Services
Inspired Cuts provides luxury barbering and grooming services by appointment only. All services are performed by licensed professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive to our environment or staff.
2. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Pricing
All service prices are listed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on the complexity or duration of the service requested. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated to you before your service begins.
4. Satisfaction & Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the shop. We will do our best to make it right at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Retail Products
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on grooming products once purchased, whether in-shop or through our website. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Educational Experiences
Inspired Cuts offers educational classes and master classes including The Detail Room and similar experiences. By enrolling in any educational offering, you agree to the following:
  • All enrollment fees and deposits are non-refundable
  • Educational content, materials, and curriculum are the intellectual property of Inspired Cuts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission
  • Inspired Cuts reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances; enrolled participants will be offered a credit or transfer to a future date
  • By attending, you grant Inspired Cuts permission to photograph or record the event for promotional use, unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the event
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Inspired Cuts website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, and course materials — is the exclusive property of Inspired Cuts. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Photography & Media
Inspired Cuts may capture photos or video during services or events for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Your presence at our shop or events constitutes acknowledgment of this practice. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance and we will respect your request.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inspired Cuts is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from grooming products or services, provided that reasonable care was exercised. It is your responsibility to inform your barber of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to your service. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only — we are not responsible for their content or practices.
