At Inspired Cuts, we take the same care packaging your order as we do in the chair. Every order is handled with attention to detail and shipped directly from us to you.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
2. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at orders@inspiredcuts.com.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right. For orders lost in transit, please reach out and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. Inspired Cuts is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales on grooming products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. For apparel and merchandise, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. 6. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional charge.
