BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Appointments
All services at Inspired Cuts are by appointment only. To secure your spot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
3. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
4. No-Shows
5. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions will be made. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we ask that you communicate with us in advance — we understand that life happens, and we are always willing to work with clients who reach out ahead of time.
6. Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This policy exists out of respect for our barbers' time and the clients scheduled after you.
7. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will not be carried over.
